Let’s be fair and make sure you realize which location (Savage). Had an appointment this past Sunday, got a call 20 min. B-4 appointment, which is 15 min. Drive for me. The tech over slept, can we reschedule, that’s fine. I rescheduled for Monday 9 am, got a text 4 min. B-4 appointment saying tech. Was sick. Ok enough, I just signed a contract with them last appointment... I’m canceling all appointments that I made 3 months in advance and all future business. There are too many spa’s out there that would love my business..I tip well, always on time and refuse to give my business to incompetent spa’s. Good luck with this place, just don’t do contract with them, you will be disappointed.

I would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money. I have been here twice and both visits have been less than satisfactory. I only went the second time because I had a gift card. Both times I got a massage and facial. The facials have been good but the massages have been BAD. The first woman I had breathed so loud and kept making noises with her mouth, her technique was lacking skill and she did not seem to care at all. The second woman was similar, asked me the same questions multiple times, and then didn't even do what I asked for. She spent "30" minutes on my neck, and then said she only had 15 for the rest of my body...it's supposed to be a 60 minute massage. So I just told her to focus on my back since that's what I needed most. She also had VERY sharp nails and kept talking to me even when I clearly didn't want to have a conversation mid-massage. Management has been rude as well, not very friendly staff. I hope after seeing this review the management will try to do something to make this right, but I doubt they will as they don't seem very customer oriented.

I've been part of the health savings program for several years now. Whenever I try to make an appointment to use the services I'm paying for I can never get in. They are always booked and are difficult to try and schedule with. I was supposed to have a couples massage today and had to cancel due to an emergency. When I called I was informed I would be charged $35 per massage. I informed the receptionist there's no way I could have come in due to the emergency and she informed me I would be charged then. I would have liked to know when the policy changed to charging people $35 for cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice. In October I'll have had my health savings plan for 3 years. It's not like I'm a new customer. It's bad enough I'm paying $60 a month and have a difficult time trying to make appointments but now they change the policy and don't inform their existing customers.

I bought a pre-paid year membership for my wife for massages. The first 3 or 4 were pretty good and subsequently they have gone down hill to the point where she doesn't want to go back. The therapist was rushed, and was not at all attentive. When confronted with the experience issues, the manager was more concerned that we follow their procedures to cancel the membership. She didn't seem to care about the service level, or poor experience. With an average of only 3 stars, my wife is not the only one that have had poor experiences.

I usually have a great experience. Unfortunately my last experience was the worst massage I've ever had. He seemed new which was fine at first but his pressure was soo hard, I asked several times for less pressure but I still had bruises the following day. It was very clear that he had not been properly trained. He also had bad hygiene, I could smell his breath and arm pits throughout my whole massage. I have never written a bad review but I just don't want anyone one else to go through what I went through.
